Job Title: IT Support Technician II
Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92649
Job Type: 100% Onsite, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Direct Hire
Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician II to deliver prompt and effective technical support for computer systems. In this role, you will handle Level II technical inquiries and provide knowledgeable resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, excel in communication, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach with patience in resolving complex customer service issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or the ticketing system; triage issues as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 hardware and software issues in a timely manner, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across the entire client base.
  • Identify recurring issues and develop solutions, including impact analysis.
  • Resolve issues remotely using the company's Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Document solutions and resolution processes in the ticketing system.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a Service Desk role.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent, with a desire to enhance knowledge.
  • Experience with enterprise email solutions such as Office 365, G Suite, and Exchange, including integration on mobile devices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve workstation issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to fully document interactions.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and mobile device hardware and OS issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and deploy enterprise printers, including multifunctional devices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, networking, and infrastructure for intermediate-level issues.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite
