Job Description

Ledgent Technology is partnering with an industry leader to search for an Infrastructure Project Manager! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Project Management experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a quickly growing company.

This is a direct hire position that will pay between $80,000-$95,000 and will be a hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week on site) located in Eden Prairie, MN

Responsibilities:

• Help Lead the planning and executing on IT projects from start to finish including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines while managing the budget for various projects
• Collaborate with other teams including infrastructure, security, operations, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements
• Conduct project meetings to review project status, provide updates, and ensure project team members are aligned
• Ensure project delivery is within budget and scope
• Communicate project status/risks/issues to stakeholders and sr. management
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize delivery

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience including a track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools
