Job Title: Manager, Data & Analytics
Location: Fully onsite nearby Placentia, CA
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
Compensation: $65.00 to 80.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of Analysts
• Collaborate with data engineers to build automated, accurate, and comprehensive data pipelines
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics processes.
• Create and maintain automated reporting systems for customers and internal stakeholders
• Deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Manage and optimize data manipulation processes, both manual and automated
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategic decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their analytical needs.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Experience managing data from multiple sources and ensuring data availability
• Experience working with data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and developing data warehouses in partnership with data engineers
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Interest in business processes and contributing to improvements
• Supervisory or management experience required
