Job Title: Manager, Data & Analytics
Location: Fully onsite nearby Placentia, CA
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
Compensation: $65.00 to 80.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of Analysts
- Collaborate with data engineers to build automated, accurate, and comprehensive data pipelines
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics processes.
- Create and maintain automated reporting systems for customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Manage and optimize data manipulation processes, both manual and automated
- Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet their analytical needs.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Experience managing data from multiple sources and ensuring data availability
- Experience working with data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and developing data warehouses in partnership with data engineers
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- Interest in business processes and contributing to improvements
- Supervisory or management experience required
