Salary Range: $78,000-120,000 (actual pay within this range depends on experience)
Type: Full-Time / Direct-hire / Permanent
Schedule: Hybrid from Select Cities - 2 days per week onsite
Location: Check Eligible Cities Below (Includes Denver, CO)
Travel: Light/Minimal (National)

We are partnered with a leading organization that is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their growing Network team.

You will perform Network LAN/WAN, Wireless, Telecom engineering & administration. Our client has many sites connected via Versa SD-Wan and VPN Tunnels. Your team will ensure stable operation of each LAN environment, the WAN & Data Centers as well as telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of installation and upgrades of core networking systems relating to a WAN & two data centers
• Networking systems include Cisco switches, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco Routers, & Cisco/Aerohive Wireless Access Points
• Provide troubleshooting and resolution for escalated tickets from Service Desk
• Lead on networking projects that could require planning, coordination and staying within budget
  • Example: Replacement of end of life switches at a remote office
• Work with Carriers and local contacts to escalate and resolve connection issues
• Participation in on-call rotation (approx. 1x per quarter)

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience
• 7+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in an Engineer or Administrator position
• Experience in physical equipment installs
• Experience with  Cisco Switching, Cisco Routing, Cisco Firewalls, Fortinet, Cisco Wireless, Aerohive
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Server operating systems
• Understanding of MPLS, PTP, DIA, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, QOS, Wi-Fi

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Knowledge of Data Center networking such as Nexus & Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
• Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or VBA
• Cisco Certifications

Salary Range: $78,000-120,000 (actual pay within this range depends on experience)
