Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $23.00- $29.00 per hr
e are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or department
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer support system
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software updates to provide the most effective support to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and ticketing systems
