Job Description
Ledgent Technology is seeking a Workday System Administrator.
This is a hybrid position located in Clearwater, FL. Only local candidates will be considered.

What you will be doing:
- Provide Workday system administrative functions (security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades)
- Manage the implementation and continued administration of the Workday system and associated modules
- Design and execute integration with other non-Workday systems (both internally and externally)
- Proactively validate and specify technical/functional issues, recommend solutions, and drive timely solutions
- Recommend security and organization solutions to support end-to-end business processes
- Develop technical configuration (business process workflow, custom fields, custom validations, custom reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights)
- Document standard, advanced, matrix, and composite reports
- Produce complex calculated fields, custom objects, and worksheets
- Support system functionality testing, issue resolution, and develop proof of concepts established on business requirements
- Lead in preparing and implementing new system rollouts and upgrades
- implement enhancements and solutions for identified issues (reporting and integrations, determining skills needed from external resources, filling internal knowledge gaps)
- Manage Workday releases internally, identify impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and convey these findings to functional owners and application leads
- Help support regression testing and introduction of needed changes as new Workday releases are presented
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Workday and HCM systems
- Liaise with the Workday user community to access best practices
- Team with various business units to maximize efficiency and productivity
What you should bring to the table:- 5+ years: Experience as a Workday Systems Administrator
- Experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration and security
- Active Directory
- Six Sigma, Agile, and/or other methodologies
- Workday business process configurations
- Workday integrations (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, etc.)
- Knowledge of security configuration delivered and custom organizations
- Background creating, loading, and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders)
- Change and Project Management skills
- Expertise in collaborative technologies (Microsoft solutions and project management tools)
- Certification (Workday system administrator, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
