Job Description

Our client is seeking an IT professional to design, implement, and maintain their network infrastructure, firewalls, Windows servers, and other technology and equipment. This position will serve as a part of the on-call rotation.
This is a permanent position and has a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in-office in the Northwest metro.

  • Design, implement, and maintain network equipment, including routers and switches
  • Administer, support, and maintain cyber security systems including firewalls, email and web filtering, data loss prevention, and related systems
  • Deliver advanced technical support for end users
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime
  • Provide suggestions on areas for improvement and best practices
  • Degree in a technical field
  • 4+ years of network experience (LAN, WAN)
  • 4+ years supporting Microsoft 365, desktop and tablet devices, Windows OS and Apple iOS
  • Experience supporting network, web servers, and application servers

  • Experience with network design and implementation
  • Experience in mobile network environment
  • Experience with end user interaction
  • Vendor management and coordination experience
