Job Title: Tech Support Agent
Location: Fully onsite in Eastvale, CA
Employment Type: Contract (possible contract-to-hire)
Compensation: $19.00 to 21.00 per hour (based on experience)
In this position you will be providing triage on inbound interactions for electronic/mehcanical products which you have not been assigned, while working cases for your assigned products through to resolution or escalating the case to advanced agents. Cases will be worked through a web platform, by email and phone. You will also be responsible for doing a case-studies on resolved cases to document their resolutions, follow up on stale cases and provide excellent service that's backed by hands on training.
