Job Description
We are partnering with a leading Software Development company in Irvine, CA hiring a Full Stack Engineer who has strong experience with Angular, Node.JS, Express or MongoDB development experience within a professional setting. This position can be 100% virtual, but ideally would like someone who can come into the office once in a while for team functions, etc.
Key Info:
- Full stack development experience using the MEAN stack
- Strong with APIs in Node, scaling, program design, etc.
- Experience with cloud scaling (perferably with Azure) into Kubernetes
Responsibilities- Develop application code and unit test in the Angular, Node.js, and Mongo technologies
- Create and support CI/CD pipelines for microservices containers
- Deploy and maintain Azure infrastructure services
- Ensure the stability of the system by configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure
- Perform active monitoring of the system by defining alerts and reviewing logs
- Develop unit test modules to ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with client support teams to identify and remedy software defects
- Ongoing optimization to increase network, server, and database performance
- Communicate with the team of any impediments or design concerns
- Participates in Agile software development projects to design, code, and test webservices to deliver quality updates promptly
- Work with other developers to integrate software modules into an overall product offering
Requirements- 2+ years of Full stack and DevOps development
- Minimum of Computer Science, ICS, BSEE, or equivalent degree
- Exhibit proficiency in Object Oriented languages such as Java, Angular, and C#
- Familiarity with Agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and methodologies
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins
- Possess solid knowledge of Azure and/or AWS infrastructure
- Familiar with Cloud scaling techniques and Kubernetes
- Work well in time-critical situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- C# and .NET Framework desired but not required
