Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET/Angular)

Direct Hire- Full Time

Bellevue, WA- Goal is to find someone local, but are open to remote out of state if willing to travel onsite when needed.

$150-165k plus 15% annual bonus

Ledgent Technology has once again partnered with an amazing organization for their open Senior Software Engineer role in Bellevue, WA. The are seeking a local candidate but open to remote if the candidate is willing to visit onsite a few times a year

Position Summary:

· The Sr Software Engineer (lead) is responsible for driving technical decisions, is a pillar for sound quality, is an architecture and a mentor for the team, and writes code.

· We're looking for passion, smarts, ownership, and a desire to work in a highly collaborative organization.

· Experience working across front-end, web services, and azure infrastructure stack in a distributed architecture is required. In addition, experience and track record of collaborating with multiple FTE and contractor teams across the globe.

Responsibilities:

· Lead technical direction of their Portal, and associated applications

· Build software standards and frameworks, and the processes to ensure they're used effectively

· Architect, design, develop, document, and thoroughly test code

· Design, build tooling, and infrastructure to help measure and increase engineering velocity

· Develop innovative solutions/options that solve business needs

· Quickly prototype where it makes sense to prove out approach

· Work well in and across multiple scrum teams, with the product managers, and business teams

· Actively monitor tech debt needs, communicate the importance, and participate in prioritizing completion

Qualifications:

· BS degree or equivalent practical experience

· 7-10+ years industry experience

· Demonstratable skills in Angular, .NET, C#, Azure, and SQL databases are required

· Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and writing skills

· Working knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies

· Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, data structure, and algorithms

· Strong Plus: Experience working in financial applications, PCI
