Level 1 help desk duties, looking for candidate with previous high volume ticketing experience.
Servicenow, Active Directory, & O365 exp
HP Laptops - troubleshooting software & hardware issues
Some Mac users (marketing team only)
Mobile device experience is strongly preferred troubleshooting any issues with employees Rippling HRIS app, outlook app, slack app, etc.
AV & Printer support
Must have working knowledge with networking concepts & hardware (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls)
POS & ERP experience is a really nice to have.
Currently use Microsoft dynamics NAV (Navision)
