Ledgent Technology, on behalf of our client in the healthcare financial services industry, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Director of IT Infrastructure. Our client is a privately held company dedicated to offering a wide array of financial technology solutions to the healthcare industry.

Position Overview: As the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in the company's technology team, responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days on-site in Tampa, FL, and offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of IT professionals in ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of the company's IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of IT systems and networks.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Collaborate with other executives and departments to prioritize and manage multiple infrastructure projects and deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support infrastructure needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, with a strong focus on data security and privacy.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay current with technology trends and emerging technologies, applying them effectively to business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in areas such as network design, server management, data storage, and cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits administration, stop-loss sourcing, and pharmaceutical benefit management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay current with technology trends and apply them effectively to business needs.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
