The Role:

  • As the Director of Brand and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role within our leadership team.
  • Spearhead the strategic direction and implementation of our brand and marketing endeavors.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Oversee key functional areas including digital marketing, brand development, and creative initiatives.
  • Ensure our message resonates with our target demographic and aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the brand and digital marketing teams to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Oversee the conception and dissemination of all marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze and interpret consumer behavior to refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development and Sales teams to harmonize product positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Manage budget allocations for branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand coherence across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic discussions regarding market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in brand and marketing management, ideally within consumer electronics, outdoor sports, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for bicycles, e-bikes, or outdoor action sports highly desirable.

Salary:

  • $180,000 - $230,000 per year
