  • Prepares and maintains project documentation including project schedules, status reports, presentations, resource planning, meeting schedules and notes for management, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions that effectively meet/exceed business requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, organize follow ups and touchpoints with internal and external parties.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees, consultants and vendors is best positioned to complete them.
  • Monitor, collect and assemble data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations and actionable data.
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to mitigate risk, with the goal of on-time completion and success of deliverables.
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Communicating with executives and other leaders to keep your projects aligned with their goals.
  • Performing quality control on your projects throughout to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on your projects as needs or financing for your project change and ensuring these changes and/or recommendations are communicated to project sponsors.
  • Work with other team members to prepare detailed plans for new projects, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues
Knowledge And Skills Required
  • 5 plus years of related project management experience
    PMP, Agile or other related credentials a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects.
  • Experience with BytePro, Empower, Servicing Director or other mortgage software preferred.
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet, Microsoft Project and other tools. advanced skills a plus
  • Technology based project management experience and software, preferred
  • Mortgage experience a plus
