ServiceNow administration, deployment, implementation, configuration, and testing
Communicate with leadership and deployment team to meet company goals and ensure system adoption
Ensure proper system integration with other company software and tools
Monitor data quality, executing migration and ensuring data exchange with other data sources
Serve as liaison with the ServiceNow team to deliver solutions which fit business needs
Serve as SME to enhance system capabilities, utilization, and establish new procedures
Experience with ServiceNow administration
In-depth understanding of ITIL methodology and service delivery
Ability to promote continuous improvement while ensuring that software functionality aligns with business processes
Experience in software design, documentation, maintenance, and the SDLC process
Prior experience with ServiceNow deployment
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
ITIL v3 or v4 certification
College degree in a related field
