? Coordination of repairs involving vendors, clients and the timing of supplies across time zones.
? Update and maintain service records; including dates of service, parts used, technician
? Demonstrate good judgement and problem-solving skills.
? Ensure a positive customer interaction that includes a sense of urgency and customer satisfaction.
? Receive customer information such as requests and coordinate solutions.
? Collect and report customer and vendor feedback.
? Develop strong working relationship with vendors and deliver constructive feedback.
? Identify and escalate vendor and coordination improvement opportunities with Department Director as appropriate.
? Establish collaborative working relationships with cross functional team members.
? Triage general Customer Success tickets as needed through inbound phone calls or emails
