Company in north Dallas is looking for IT Project Manager. It is contract to hire at around $45 per hour. Some on site and some hybrid so must be local.
SUMMARY: Project Management for development, implementation and operation of all guest-facing technology systems including web & mobile platforms; customer loyalty and marketing platforms; online and in-store ordering systems; digital asset and content management systems. Manages relationships and expectations with third-party vendors.
Digital System Implementation
Manage product life cycle for digital systems projects and deployments
Manage implementation projects including timelines, budgets, and vendor relations
Manage relationships and expectations of vendors
Ensure open and positive communication with our brand customers
Coordinate activities between IT teams, Marketing, Operations, Accounting and other related departments to ensure cooperative and timely solutions and deployments
Services & Operations
Aid develop and implement standards for digital deployments including for online ordering changes, website changes, POS menu maintenance requests, marketing window launches, loyalty/eClub campaigns, and more
Coordinate with software vendors to prioritize enhancement requests and bug fixes; manage the release cycle; coordinate with the testing and QA teams, pilot, roll-out, troubleshooting and support of new releases. Ensure successful system-wide deployment without operational impact.
Deploy configuration changes and software updates to the restaurants timely, accurately and in accordance with established change control procedures.
Monitor the deployment of all changes to ensure completion. Follow-up on failed deployments and resolve issues.
Ensure the Restaurant Help Desk is aware of all product launches, system changes and cutovers, and has adequate troubleshooting, resolution and escalation procedures
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Support Services to ensure a seamless IT turnover for New Restaurant Openings
Identify, create and enhance processes to streamline and improve service delivery
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience of Project Management
Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes with strong skills in defining functional requirements, translating those into technical requirements, and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs and deliver value
Expertise in defining digital business requirements within defined digital solution architecture and integrated platforms.
Experience building, delivering, integrating, and supporting online ordering, mobile apps, mobile pay, loyalty, CRM, and other digital platforms
Demonstrated management and decision-making skills concerning Information Systems policies, processes and procedures, with a proven track record of completing tasks and/or project within budget and on schedule
Fluent in project manager software tools Microsoft Project (or other project management software)
Full life cycle applications development experience, software development processes and methodologies, QA test processes utilizing test labs
Manage enterprise cross-functional project team to ensure full alignment and collaboration
Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment
Must have the ability to express ideas persuasively and clearly
Must have good written and oral communication skills
Must have strong analytical skills
