Currently looking for motivated candidates to connect to Help Desk/Desktop Support positions throughout Orange County, as either Contracts, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct Hire placements (no C2C or sponsorship available).

General Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter in Windows and Mac Operating Systems 
  • Provides support of desktop hardware, applications, and mobile devices
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests via ticketing system
  • Experience with Active Directory and reimaging 
  • 2 years of experience as a tier 1 help desk technician
  • Experienced with troubleshooting within G-Suite applications 
  • Associate or higher degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
