Windows Systems Administrator
Compensation: $115k-$125k DOE
Location: Portland, Oregon

 We are looking to hire a skilled Windows Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows system and server infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the Infrastructure.
To ensure success as a Windows Administrator you should have in-depth knowledge of Windows AD, windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, advanced coding skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues. 

Windows Administrator Responsibilities:
* Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
* Planning and executing system and server upgrades.
* Deploy and administer Windows virtual and physical server products and services, including on premise and cloud based solutions
* Create and deploy hybrid AD/AAD identities, including AAD based single-sign-on
* Create and administer policy and applications through hybrid Intune MDM
* Administer Exchange Online, and related Microsoft 365 and SaaS services
* Support team members on tier-two technical issues; Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
* Troubleshooting system and server errors.
* Monitoring system performance, Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
* Managing user access requests and securing the accessDegree in Computer Science OR Technical Degree and 3-5 years of Information Technology experience OR any equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
3+ Years working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
3+ Years working with virtual machines (VMWare preferred)
3+ Years of experience with Windows Server
3+ Years of experience with Microsoft 365 Products
Experience managing Azure based services with PowerShell
Experience with mobile device management (Intune preferred)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively handle competing work priorities
