Create high fidelity prototypes with high quality code that can be immediately leveraged by a broader engineering department.
Develop initiatives from concepts to testable designs by leveraging a broad designer toolkit. Start with personas, user scenarios, user journeys, and wireframes to interactive prototypes.
Design and execute your own research plans with feature validation, customer interviews, and field visits.
Evangelize concepts and designs to a diverse audience, in both ad-hoc and formal presentations. Use design to get broad buy in from your stakeholders and the team.
Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other designers.
Facilitate a trusting environment where ideas can be freely explored and friendly debate is encouraged.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
4+ years in UX design
Portfolio of UX focused work samples
Proficiency in a XD, Figma, Invision, and Sketch
Excellent presentation and communication skills
