Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Tier 1 Support for an well-established IT MSP company in South Orange County, CA area to help the company through some growth/expansion that could move into a full time permanent position. This will be mostly remote position, but need to be on site for hands on support when needed. 

Contract to Hire, W2, with benefits! 

Typical hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30/5 PM PST. 

  • ?Looking for someone who has great helpdesk personality 
  • Ability to remain calm when end users are in panic mode 
  • Ability to handle stressful situation professionally 
  • 2 to 5 years of professional IT Support experience, ideally within a MSP environment 
  • Hands on experience in supporting Office 365 stack, Google Apps, IP Phone apps, Adobe/PDF apps, Browsers/Browser apps, and other remote/hands on hardware/software troubleshooting
