Breakdown of work:
Support Tickets/Business Analyst (BA) - 30%
Quality Assurance (QA) - 30%
ScrumMaster - 10%
Troubleshooting/Tuning - 20%
Editing Webpages - 10%

Necessary Skill Sets Needed

  • 6+ years with customer service/support role in web teams
  • Experience capturing requirements
  • Experience with light frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) development
  • Experience with agile methodology and tools (e.g. SCRUM or sprints)
  • Experience troubleshooting systems (e.g. Outages or pinpointing application issues)
  • Design and document standards and operational process for the team
  • Experience in a lead role within a team
  • Can fill in team manager when needed
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication and people skills
Nice to Have Skill Sets
  • Understanding how to lead agile sprint meetings
  • Azure Cloud experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Visio
  • Experience using Azure DevOps to manage sprints and backlogs
