Job Description

Support our Vulnerability Management program by working to assess and communicate identified vulnerabilities to stakeholder for remediation.

Typical day to day activities would include:
* Monitoring cybersecurity news resources for new vulnerabilities.
* Determining whether vulnerable software is in use within Pacific Life.
* Monitoring our internal tools for identification of new vulnerabilities.
* Creating vulnerability tickets for stakeholders to drive remediation.
* Communicating with stakeholders to answer question related to vulnerabilities.
* Provide support to other VM team members for thier initiatives.

Preferred skills:
* Experience in working with IT assets.
* Detailed oriented.
* Experience with Qualys vulnerability scanner or ServiceNow ticketing software is a bonus
* Experience supporting vulnerablity process.
