- Weekly Hybrid (2 days onsite nearby Huntington Beach, CA)
** Only candidates local to Southern CA will be considered **
- Contract-to-hire
- Up to 62.50/hr (depending on experience)

Partnered with a client who specializes in automotive technology who's a leader and among the largest automotive parts supplier in the world.

Qualifications required for Manager, Supply Planning:

1. Inventory Management Experience: Aa proven track record in effectively managing inventory, demonstrating their ability to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and ensure product availability.
2. Forecasting Experience: Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, showcasing their capability to accurately predict market trends and anticipate customer demand.
3. Management Experience: Leadership skills and experience in managing teams (10-12 individuals) and projects related to supply chain functions.
4. Demand Planning: Calculate lead times for replenishment orders from suppliers.
5. Leadership: Experience with team building, motivating a team, mentoring employees, assisting with performance appraisals and serving as a mentor.
6. Tools: SQL required; PowerBI plus to have
