SUMMARY

• The initiaitve is a shift from adhoc on-demand commodity services to a leveraged Platform services model, and partnering with C-Suiteo to help achieve this.
• Responsible for establishing and managing a program focused on data models, data environments and information harvesting technologies that enable the organization to make quality decisions for business success.
• Requires an influential leader to lead through the organization wide services strategy and data and technology enablement transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES Snapshot

• Develop the specific metrics for the service category; used to monitor existing SLA's and advancement of Data/BI model.
• Develop a Decision Support Service function, data and solution architecture. Accountable for developing the information architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization, applying accepted data content standards to technology projects.
• Implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise business intelligence program.
• Develop relationships with internal partners (ERP; HCM; Technology Infrastructure)
• Manage external partners.
• Manage and build a strong team

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• A bachelors degree preferably in a discipline related to information technology or business. Additional technology education and a graduate level degree is highly desired.
• Must be able to provide leadership across a team of information technology professionals.
• Demonstrated success in the field of business intelligence with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a significant leadership role.
• Must have experience and knowledge of implementing modern delineated sourcing strategies for application services such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in an internationally leveraged operating model.
• Demonstrated experience in virtualization, visualization and decision support self-service based approaches.
