Ledgent Technology is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join a rapidly growing organization in the healthcare industry.
This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with ample room for growth. ** Only local candidates are being considered **
Please note, this position does require up to 50% local, regional and/or domestic travel.
What you will be doing:
Working with the IT team on opening/launching new locations throughout Florida and the Southeast.
Performing server administration duties: user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, resource monitoring and ensuring system architecture components are working together seamlessly.
Maintaining internal infrastructure requirements including: user hardware, network hardware and software, phones and security updates. Will support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Interacting with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed.
Performing routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of software and hardware.
Documenting technical specs for IT staff as well as planning / implementing new upgrades or systems.
Regularly troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Planning and implementing user accounts, service accounts, file permissions, and file security using Active Directory.
What you should bring to the table:
Bachelors degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of systems admin experience
Experience working with virtualization like VMware or Hyper V
Experience with Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft Server Administration, Domains, O365 Admin (required)
Scripting experience using PowerShell or similar
Proven track record managing system admin projects, strategies, and plans
Cherries on top:
Project Management experience
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
HIPPA law knowledge in relation to computer software
Certifications: Server+, SCCM, MCSE, etc.
