Job Title: IT Service Desk Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Reports to: Application Manager
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: On Site Only
Client is in network visibility and traffic monitoring technology
Need minimum 7 years of experience
* Work with in-house IT team to handle employee helpdesk requests
* Perform administration of OKTA, Office 365 suite, Active Directory, JAMF, Slack, and Zoom
* Help do Dell and Macbook setup and deployment, for refreshes and replacements
* Monitor the ServiceNow ticket queue for incoming and/or existing tickets and updated using same
