Job Description

Position Title: Help Desk Manager
Location: Onsite daily in Costa Mesa
Industry requirement: MSP (Managed Service Provider) or similar service-oriented company

Partnered with a client who is a local Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering exceptional solutions to their clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and strive to exceed the clients' expectations every day. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Help Desk Manager with a growth path into a Technical Operations Manager to join the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and guidance to the Help Desk team, dispatching and ensuring that tickets are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute in project management, including overseeing onboarding projects and ensuring that milestones are met on time.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review project status, report on milestones, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Facilitate client meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to fill operational gaps and optimize business processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Help Desk Management, ideally in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar service-oriented company.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
