Job Description


Title: IT Helpdesk Tech Support
Location: Santa Clara, CA

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide world-class customer service and professionalism
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive to a swift resolution
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to staff in both local and remote locations
  • Troubleshoot and install operating system and software application issues
  • Transfer data between and rebuild staff systems (cross-platform)
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues
  • Troubleshoot network printing issues
  • Troubleshoot multi-function print systems
  • Work closely with management and other teams to support company-wide projects
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of company assets, systems, and peripherals
 
Qualifications / Skills required
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, software, Windows
  • Experience with current desktop, laptop, peripheral technologies.
  • Understanding of Windows Environment.
  • Basic system imaging and deployment tools
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Mac and PC platforms)
  • Directory Services systems preferred
  • Ability to interact with business end-users at all levels of the organization, Project Coordinator, and end-user back-office provisioning team
  • Able to perform with little instruction on day-to-day operations and general instruction on new assignments from management
  • Reliable, dependable, good communication, interpersonal, and task planning skills
  • Strong aptitude to learning new technologies and propensity to work in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
