Direct Hire- Full Time

Bellevue, WA- Hybrid

$145-155k Plus 15% Bonus and Equity- DOE and Education/Certs

Ledgent Technology has once again partnered with a key employer in the Bellevue, WA market for their open Software Engineer 3 role! This client is seeing some awesome positive changes and major growth initiatives in the IT Department, you don't want to miss out on this opportunity!!

NEED TO HAVE:

-Tech Stack: C#, .NET, Azure, Angular, SQL (If not Angular, must have extensive Front End Experience as it's a full stack role leaning on the Frontend)

-Payment System experience

-4+ years of professional Software Engineering Development experience

POSITION SUMMARY

· Software Engineer is responsible for driving technical decisions, a pillar for sound quality and architecture and a mentor for newer engineers.

· We're looking for passion, smarts, ownership, and a good personality to work in a highly collaborative organization.

· Experience working across infrastructure, web services, and front-end stack in a distributed architecture is a bonus. In addition to experience and a track record of collaborating with a multitude of teams across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Flexibility in ramping up on new technology

? Design and build tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their velocity

? Design, develop, document, and thoroughly test your code with the CI/CD framework

? Build your own automation and reporting tools to provide capabilities around the components/applications you own and will participate to troubleshooting production issues

? Support post-deployment fallouts on projects worked on and released to production

? Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to takes project from prototype to production quality

? Creative and willing to explore lots of avenues and options because you work on features that really can't be cut

? Work well in a Scrum team and with the product organization as a team working toward the same goal by evaluating requirements and create tasks in backlog as needed

? Actively monitor tech debt needs and communicate the importance as well as suggesting a path to completion

QUALIFICATIONS

? BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

? C#, .NET, Angular, Azure infrastructure, and SQL database are required

? 4+ years industry experience writing code and have a passion for solving complex problems

? Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills

? Working knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies (scrum, XP)

? Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, data structure, algorithms, and system level programming (including multi-threaded programming)
