SaaS Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12+ mo contract - mostly remote, but need to sit in Mpls or FL for occasional onsite needs.

Senior Project Manager - hybrid in Minneapolis, MN or Tampa, FL!

Pay Rate: $46.66/hr.

Duration: 12 Months

Duties:

* The primary focus is to participate with key stakeholders in the delivery of new software and application environments (infrastructure) to support Client's strategic application development, testing and production;
* Define, plan and manage all project management related activities that are part of the Enterprise/Technology Portfolio; coordinate with external teams (hardware and software vendors), internal teams (Business owners/Product Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Operations, Networking, Security and Production Support) as well as with other project managers to ensure that fully functional products and supporting secure infrastructure is brought on line/enhanced to meet the timelines of dependent projects;
* Develop and maintain a professional level of knowledge regarding the products, services and related infrastructure deployment of the Company to have a business context for making decisions;
* Drive the optimization of the existing PM methodology within an Agile environment;
* Manage projects by defining scope, schedules, deliverables and risk plans;
* Focus on regular and timely delivery of value;
* Organize and lead project status, prepare and distribute progress reports and correct deviations from plans;
* Improve and maintain up-to-date organizational process assets, including templates, to ensure that processes are thoroughly documented and followed. Support Project Management Office to rollout tactical improvements and project management best practices for both Agile and Waterfall;
* Develop project teams by holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; and
* Manage interdependencies, leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for program work; coordinate with resource managers to insure appropriate levels of resource utilization across projects.
* Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
* Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Client's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
* Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
* Oversee pre-and post-acquisition planning, scoping, integration and revenue impacts
* Ability to manage change across key stakeholder groups to optimize revenue pull through

Skills:

* Minimum of 8 years of experience managing mid-to large-scale infrastructure and software development projects;

* Strong M&A experience focused on business integrations
* Knowledgeable in PMBOK/PMI project management principles and theories;
* Scrum Afile/SAFe experience is preferred;
* Experience and/or certification relating to infrastructure is a strong plus (e.g., standing up and managing servers or network management);
* Strong leadership skills; steward change through the department as necessary focusing on a collaborative approach and buy-in with the constituents;
* Proven ability to initiate and drive projects through to completion;
* Confidence and ability to influence and written team members and business partners toward common goals;
