Job Description

We are in search of a Service Desk Tech to help fill one of our key employers in the Salem market! They are known for their awesome work environment and unbeatable team work! They want to add someone that is excited to grow in the company and wants to work in a fast paced environment!

They are looking for the following experience:
-MSP experience, 2+ years and Connectwise is a plus!
-Active Directory/Outlook/Office 365
-Firewall experience
-Windows and Mac
-Anti-Virus Applications
-Storage Technologies (NAS, SAN)
-Monitoring tools like Solarwinds RMM, Connectwise Automate

Plus
-Connectwise
-A+ Certified
-MCSA
-MCP
