Job Description



·        Setup and maintain equipment for users


·        Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications


·        Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems


·        Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment


·        Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)


·        Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule within the ticket system


·        Identify computer or network equipment needs and coordinate with the IT Manager


·        Maintain the company IT Policy to the highest standard


·        Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more


 


Minimum Qualifications


 


·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable employment history


·        5 years' experience as IT Technician or relevant position


·        Certification a plus (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)


·        Up to date with Microsoft 365 (all applications) and Windows Server 2016


·        Proficient in Active Directory, familiar with Azure


·        Proficient in Mac OS and Windows 10


·        In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks


·        Advanced knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles


·        Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills


·        Proficient creating and maintaining spreadsheets
