One of our key employers in the Tacoma/Kirkland area is looking to bring on a Help Desk Specialist to their growing team! We are looking for a Help Desk Tech that is enthusiastic and who can tackle complex problems and produce elegant solutions. This person will be responsible for Tier 1-2 tickets and having MSP experience would be a plus! The team you would be joining is awesome, you won't want to miss out on this. Apply if interested!! 


  • 2-3 years of professional help desk experience working on Tier 1-2 tickets.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment. MSP experience is a plus!
  • Works well with team members and works well individually.
  • Active Directory/Outlook/Office 365
  • Firewall Experience
  • Anti-Virus Applications
  • Windows and Mac
