CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST for Software Product Support

Technically savvy (with mobile hardware and OS) and experienced working within a B2B SaaS or Technology company

Are you an energetic problem-solver who wants to work at an innovative technology company focused on making the roads safer? Based in Orange County, our client believes in work hard, play hard and are looking for self-motivated A-players who take their work seriously while still maintaining a sense of humor. The ideal person will be outgoing, personable and able to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management or Customer Success at a B2B, SaaS company
  • Proven track record for making strategic customers successful
  • Technical literacy and experience supporting complex enterprise and/or developer-facing deployments
  • Comfortable & skilled in conflict resolution
  • Creative & strategic thinker capable of empathizing with clients & end-users
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and can work independently with sense of urgency and little supervision
  • Knowledge and good understanding of Mobile, Cloud and Big Data technologies
  • Customer service minded
  • Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  •  Attention to detail
  • Proactive and take initiative
  • Hands-on approach
Responsibilities will include:
  • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Engaging clients by phone and through Zoom screen sharing apps
  • Effectively utilizing and adopting internal office technology
  • Creating feature enhancement/bug fix reports and dashboards
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Being a team-player and just an awesome person in general
