Coordinate with IT and HR teams to analyze all HRIS requirements and develop and implement various HRIS procedures and prepare customized reports and dashboards.
Design custom ad hoc reports and resolve queries and ensure accuracy and prepare business documents and upgrades if required and monitor HRIS systems and maintain data integrity.
Prepare documents for system configurations and analyze customer requirement to prepare required dashboards and metrics.
Analyze data and recommend appropriate solutions to production issues and participate in system tests to ensure compatibility of functional design.
Manage and provide response to all HRIS issues and ensure compliance and provide feedback to system enhancements.
Strong background/proficiency in HR Operations and HRIS systems
Experience in Healthcare
Experience in Kronos and Onshift is a plus
