We are seeking a Survey Project Manager to join an expanding team in the Boca Raton, FL area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
Performing a variety of in-office and field tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering projects.
Preparing proposals and contracts
Providing guidance and direction to field crew(s) and surveying technician - preparing weekly survey crew schedules
Providing oversight for survey aspects of civil engineering projects
Monitoring project schedules, budgets and deliverables
Conducting deed and plan research and review
Preparing ROW plans and agreements
Performing survey computations and data collection
Providing CAD oversight and quality assurance
What you should bring to the table:
Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Florida or ability to obtain Florida PLS within one year.
5+ years of experience in all aspects of land surveying and project management is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills including report writing
Knowledge of GS processing and AutoCAD Civil 3D software
What are the cherries on top?
AAS or BS Degree in Surveying .
Land Surveying for FDOT and/or Palm Beach County
