Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Manager. Our client is a growing MSP and seeking someone to come in and be the VISIONARY of their and their clients infrastructures. They are looking for someone that is a hands on leader and can roll-up sleeves and jump in where needed. They are looking for someone that is very forward thinking and wants to keep up to date with technologies. Must be able to lead a team of 5-10, strong Citrix and must be able to work face to face with clients
In This role you were:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of our managed service's client environments
Ensure the health of the client's environments to minimize client exposure and risk
Resolve and / or escalate incidents and problems in a timely fashion * Manage day-to-day client interaction while developing lasting relationships
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Create / execute work plans, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs / requirements
Work cross-functionally to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Facilitate scheduled client meetings effectively
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and practices for potential application in client's IT environments
Identify opportunities for improvement and manage the process of innovative change * Work with business development to validate service SOWs / support contracts

Experience with technical project delivery in one or more of the following technology platforms:
Must have strong Citrix
Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions
 Active Directory & Exchange
Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Platforms * Systems Center * Windows Desktop * App-V
 Data Center Virtualization Platforms
VMware, Hyper-V * Data Center Storage & Management Platforms
Data Storage Technologies (i.e. NetApp, EMC, etc.)
Data Backup & Recovery
Enterprise Data networking
Unified Computing (i.e. Cisco US)
Data Network (i.e. Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, etc.)
