Job Description

Assisting with rollout for users across the country. Help with issue resolution, changes and documenting the issues and resolution. Assist with documenting our admin user guide, potentially with small changes into the sales and/or technical support solution. The changes include things like adding fields, helping with creating/editing views and dashboards and managing user roles. 3 to 5 years+ Dynamics CRM Admin experience.
