Job Description

This is an on going/long term contract position in Columbus, OH. 4 days a week on site and Friday you can work from home.

Must have experience troubleshooting iOS and Android devices. We need to understand the architecture of where an MDM exists and the different protocols that can be used. We are looking to transition our MDM to the next level buy getting compliance reporting as well as audits to see which devices fall off based on these compliance settings. We're looking to move into a proactive monitoring status. Update and maintain maintenance tasks as well as maintaining serialization.

a. iOS experience as well as familiarity with Apple products
b. Android OS
c. Bluetooth technology
d. RFID - concepts
e. MDM experience - Workspace1, JAMF, SOTI, or Ivanti
f. Scripting experience - jquery, java for Android, Objective-C for iOS
g. Scaling solutions
h. Reporting
i. Compliance and Log Audits
j. Asset Management/serialization - broad concept of implications.
