Job Description

Industry: Oil & Gas

Schedule: Fully Onsite 5 days per week, 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)

Location: Denver, CO or Houston, TX (Memorial City Mall area)

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Total Compensation: $100k - $125k (base salary) + $20k bonus + 15% stock options

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation among team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and delays.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial progress to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
  • Change Management: Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Periodic travel required to visit the field, other offices, vendors, manufacturing facilities, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
