Job Description

We are seeking a Health Coach for a project with our client, located in Anaheim, CA. The position will be onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with vendors and company resources to develop and execute workplace well-being strategies aimed at improving employees' health.
• Coordinate health and well-being communications, utilizing public speaking skills to educate large groups on topics including nutrition, sleep hygiene, mental wellbeing, and physical activity.
• Establish ongoing, in-person relationships with program participants, offering support, guidance, and education to help them establish and achieve behavioral health goals.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with participants to review progress, refine goals, address challenges, and provide motivation.
• Develop program plans for new and sustaining health promotion processes.
• Assist in the operationalization of technical components related to health promotion programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all program participant progress and provide detailed reports on outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, human resources, or organizational behavior.
• Understanding and proven experience in health management including prevention, screening, behavior modification, and disease management.
• Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills in English.
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet patient demand needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Coaching certification from Wellcoaches or another nationally recognized coaching organization preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole preferred.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
