Job Description

Job Duties:

• Oversee the operation and growth of SaaS products, devising and executing strategies to boost subscription revenue.
• Strategize marketing initiatives to bolster user engagement and traffic, aligning with product releases and market trends.
• Establish and manage a community around SaaS products, organizing regular activities and discussions to foster user loyalty and participation, nurturing key opinion leaders (KOLs), and encouraging positive word-of-mouth.
• Utilize data analysis and user feedback to advocate for product improvements, enhancing the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or advertising-related fields.
2. Possess at least 5 years of experience in user operation, preferably within the internet and consumer electronics sectors, with a track record of successful projects.
3. Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies based on insights.
4. Have a deep understanding of SaaS product principles, leveraging user insights and competitive analysis to drive product enhancements.
5. Exhibit strong teamwork and project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
