  • This is a Direct Hire position, Hybrid on site in Irvine, CA

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and maintain brand visual style guides and creative direction in alignment with brand goals and strategies.
  • Design, create, enhance, and optimize marketing collaterals to effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Lead design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Generate creative briefs, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for diverse projects, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Craft and execute email campaigns using Punchh platform, ensuring engaging and effective content delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and agencies to meet design requirements and project deadlines.
  • Uphold high quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.
  • Ensure messaging coherence with marketing strategies.
  • Work with web development partners to create user-friendly, mobile-first interfaces.
  • Manage and edit photography and video content.
  • Organize digital and print assets efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve complex design challenges effectively.
  • Stay abreast of competitive creative landscape, design trends, innovations, and techniques.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with executive management, stakeholders, and external contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of design experience in retail, creative agency, or design department is necessary.
  • Ability to commute to the Corporate Support Center as required.
  • Online design portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.
  • Experience with Punchh, Smartsheet, Trello, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative writing skills are a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential attributes.
