Requirements:

  • Provide multi-level support for various business environments including advanced desktop, server, and network troubleshooting and resolution, both on-site and remotely, through a trouble ticket system.
  • Perform hardware and software roll-outs and upgrades.
  • Assist clients with the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of network services, equipment, peripheral devices and software.
  • Install and support routers, switches, network printers, and local printers.
  • Install and/or upgrade Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Management of various Microsoft Exchange versions and Office 365.
  • Engineer with four to five years' experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Management of Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2008-2016)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Cisco Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewall Support, Cisco and Non-Cisco Firewall Technologies. (Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Fiber Channel)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Citrix NetScaler or similar products
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
  • Minimum 3 years' experience - Terminal Services & Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
Preferred familiarity with the following technologies and concepts:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft O365 deployment
  • Microsoft Azure and Azure ADDS
  • Citrix (legacy and current versions)
  • Hyper-V Hypervisors
  • Enterprise database systems (MS SQL Server)
  • Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure as a Service (Azure) and cloud computing models (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS)
