Job Description

North Houston Ultimate is currently sourcing candidates for multiple Live Chat Representatives roles. These roles are in North East Houston, it is temp to hire and pays $18. The ideal candidate MUST have experience working as a Live Chat Agent of min of one (1) year. This position is Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with some overtime and weekends may be required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and promptly respond to customer queries, chats and phones calls
  • Document and promptly escalate issues
  • Escalate possible website errors
  • Work directly with customers to answer questions
  • Must be able to easily operate a computer, especially in terms of checking and responding to emails as well as utilizing live chat services and software
  • Must be able to find a solution calmly and efficiently
  • Must address customers in an upbeat and positive manner. Even when facing complex problems or difficult questions
  • Must maintain a good attitude interacting with customers
  • Help support department phone line
  • Assist with customer service-related tasks
  • Other related tasks and projects as assigned by director
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a Live Chat support role
  • Minimum of one-year experience in customer service
  • Stable employment history and good attendance record
  • Excellent telephone customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent written & verbal skills, including spelling and grammar
