Summary:

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies within SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Paid Media and Earned Media. You will be responsible for advancing the company's practice and integration of SEO into other digital strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and execute the client SEO growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and web development teams on an ongoing basis to identify new strategies for on-page and off-page earned media improvements.
  • Conduct extensive website audits with a focus on SEO, technical, competitive, U/X, mobile, social, links, content, and conversion-based analysis. Present key findings and recommendations to clients as directed.
  • Learn and stay on top of key trends in SEO to ensure initiatives align with best practices to improve inbound traffic and rankings and develop winning strategies.
  • Execute on-page SEO website optimizations.
  • Work with the digital team to develop strategies to improve/increase client results from SEO with the integration of other earned media strategies (content, onsite SEO, PR, etc.)
  • Perform continuous on-page testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion rate, user experience and content effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and evaluate possible client opportunities, and assist with the pitch and proposal process as directed.
  • Set KPI benchmarking and track aggregate performance, as well as on the client and initiative basis.
  • Stay abreast of ongoing evolution/changes in the digital media space and knowledgeable regarding recommendations, placements, and ad performance on search engine platforms.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience within a Digital Marketing Agency setting for B2B and B2C clients
  • Highly skilled in SEO, earned media as well as organic web optimization
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics and/or other web reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze and provide recommendations based on analytics data through knowledge of website UX/UI, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ad Center
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of website architecture, the criteria of leading algorithms and their combined impact on search rankings
  • Experienced in writing online marketing copy, and has the knowledge of content marketing, blogs, and social media and their impact on inbound marketing
