Ledgent Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Tier II Help Desk Technician who is on the market for a temp to hire / direct hire opportunity in the Alpharetta GA market.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of end-user technical support experience
  • Working knowledge of hardware diagnostics and repair (printers, desktops, laptops, handheld devices)
  • Solid network engineering/administration knowledge
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be customer service oriented, even-keeled when working with non-technical end-users, and empathetic to every customer no matter how big or small the technical problem.
  • Experience with Network Server Administration: Windows Server 2012 Active Directory / Group Policy Management
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008, 12, 16
  • O365 Administration experience including account setups, changes, modifications, permission, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS
  • Mobile Device management and mobile application deployment experience
  • Anti-Virus knowledge & support
  • Cabling and troubleshooting Desktop PC hardware and software
  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management Suite (Samanage experience is a huge +)
  • VoIP phone experience
  • Ability to perform physical IT maintenance and installation tasks as needed
Bonus Points:
  • Microsoft Azure active directory experience
  • Sophos end-point protection troubleshooting & maintenance
  • Microsoft Intune Mobile device management
