Our Cloud Services company in Santa Clara CA is looking for a Digital Program Manager.
 
Job Summary:
The Digital Adoption Program Leader is responsible for driving adoption and enabling the business to leverage full feature sets of systems utilized by GTM employees across the end-to-end buyer's journey.  This is a new position and is an integral part of the Sales Transformation Center of Excellence. 
 
Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Create a framework for developing and delivering WalkMe content across internal GTM systems
  • Think holistically about client's overall enablement strategy and where embedded digital training content can be leveraged in conjunction with other training modalities to yield successful adoption
  • Partner with business stakeholders across the company to understand department and corporate goals/initiatives and correlated digital adoption challenges to achieving business outcomes
  • Initiate dialogue with stakeholders about plans and execution of digital readiness and adoption
  • Lead WalkMe initiatives on cross-functional delivery teams that design, develop, test, deliver, support and maintain digital assets
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and enablement teams to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications and training
  • Evangelize WalkMe across functions as a way to speed adoption, improve utilization, and increase proficiency of company technology investments
  • Collaborate with WalkMe CSM, Sales and IT business partners in order to get the most out of the WalkMe solution; identify and escalate where expansion of the digital adoption platform is hindered by technical or licensing limitations
  • Apply presentation skills to demonstrate the messaging, specification and desired benefits of WalkMe
  • Manage demand in-take and WalkMe portfolio to ensure the following: proper project assessment and prioritization; the content meets intended purpose, is high quality and represents a consistent brand; timeliness of delivery; stellar support is available to user's post-deployment
  • Analyze adoption of GTM systems and track KPIs; provide insights and guidance focused on driving digital transformation and achieving optimal business performance
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business needs
 
Requirements/Certifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the WalkMe digital adoption platform
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of requirements of the sales role, including policies, processes and sales tools that are part of the sales cycle
  • Self-starter, takes ownership, takes consultative approach in complex business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a large-scale program initiative and prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery
  • Able to work effectively at all levels and functions of an organization, to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to educate the business on the value of digital adoption and build strategic partnerships and trusted advisor relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through highly ambiguous, complex cross-functional and global teams. Flexible and resilient leader with the ability to gain consensus among others and manage sensitive situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, facilitation, problem solving, analytical, and presentation abilities
  • Resourceful, independent thinker with a willingness to adopt creative approaches to solve business challenges while being a strong team player and collaborator
  • Passionate about technology, digital transformation, and driving digital adoption to achieve desired business outcomes
