Our Electronics Specialist client located Newark CA is looking for a Project Coordinator.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Design Program Management, the Project Coordinator works within Design and Global Brand Equity teams in partnership with Business Groups to help drive and execute Design and Global Brand Equity deliverables, including:

  • Packaging: Imagery, Graphics, Localization
  • Marketing: Campaign Master Creative Concept and Asset Delivery
  • Web: Page Content (Copy, Design, Production) 
Job description:
  • Supporting our Project Managers to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief
  • Helping to create and track project schedules, budget, and resources using Workfront tool
  • Undertaking general administrative project tasks (status updates, processing contracts, POs and invoices)
  • Maintaining weekly dashboards to track program status with BG and Design stakeholders
  • Organizing and maintaining project folders
  • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and publishing meeting notes
Requirements/Certifications:
  • Supporting our Project Managers to ensure that projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief
  • Helping to create and track project schedules, budget, and resources using Workfront tool
  • Undertaking general administrative project tasks (status updates, processing contracts, POs and invoices)
  • Maintaining weekly dashboards to track program status with BG and Design stakeholders
  • Organizing and maintaining project folders
  • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and publishing meeting notes
